TQ Refrigeration was approached to design and install a suite of cold rooms for a high-end, well-known restaurant located in the centre of Birmingham.

The property, consisting of 24 floors, housed various operational businesses within the same building.

The restaurant’s location on the 24th floor presented several logistical challenges. Despite these obstacles, TQ Refrigeration successfully devised a comprehensive plan to address the unique requirements of the project.

The suite of cold rooms included:

  • Two chilled rooms
  • One frozen food room
  • One pastry freezer
  • One chilled room for pastry

TQ Refrigeration carried out the installation and commissioning on time, without the need for hot works, and with minimal disruption to neighbouring businesses. Their commitment to excellence ensured the restaurant’s cold storage needs were met efficiently and effectively.
