WORKING WITH TQR
TRAINING
In order to provide our clients with a workforce of multi-skilled engineers who receive ongoing training in all areas of their work.
All of our engineers are registered with the skill card scheme, where their skills and competences are registered. A skills card is issued to all members, which is valid for five years.
APPRENTICESHIPS
T Q Refrigeration offers apprenticeships, which are a combination of on the job training and classroom based studies. An apprenticeship allows you to gain a nationally recognised qualification whilst in paid employment.
For successful completion of an apprenticeship with T Q Refrigeration, individuals work to achieve NVQs, Key Skills, Core Skills and a technical certificate.
Our apprentices currently undertake their studies at:

- South Birmingham College
